The Value Management Foundation (VMF) exists to define, publish, and maintain the global modernization standards that help organizations improve clarity, alignment, flow, and value realization.

Governance

VMF maintains the intellectual integrity of the Value Management Framework and oversees updates, revisions, and modernization research. VMF does not issue certifications — that responsibility belongs to the Value Management Institute (VMI).
